This weekend was all about photographers helping others. Several of my photographer friends participated in Help-Portrait yesterday, me on the other hand…I chose to help out my furry friends at Orphan Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (OARS) in Neenah, WI today by photographing their open house. They are a non-profit animal rescue near and dear to my heart. In the little more than a year’s time that OARS has been around they’ve successfully placed over 400 animals into loving, forever homes. They are in the process of readying their newly renovated adoption center for a January 2010 grand opening. Thanks Emily! We had so much fun! He has oodles of additional awesome photos. There are a grouping of three photos of Godiva, Dora the Explora, and Sweet Baby James that are awesome and would make a wonderful wall picture. That may be our next one for the Adoption Center!
